Please note that this product is made to order and is expected to ship in one week. We can only offer up to a size large due to stock issues at present.
Please review our returns policy below:
- Made-to-Order: Because this garment is made to order, we regretfully cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size choices. We highly recommend referring to our size guide to ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.
- Faulty Product: In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will gladly assist you in resolving the issue promptly. We will of course cover shipping costs.
- Refund or Exchange: If you receive a faulty product, we offer two options. You can choose to receive a refund for the defective item, or you can opt for an exchange, where we will replace it with another garment of your choice, subject to availability.
Please note the following conditions for returns:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving the faulty product to initiate the return process.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, will be required.
Once we receive the returned item and verify the fault, we will process your chosen resolution—either issuing a refund or arranging an exchange. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase.
