- Faulty Product: In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will gladly assist you in resolving the issue promptly. We will of course cover shipping costs.āØ
- Refund or Exchange: If you receive a faulty product, we offer two options. You can choose to receive a refund for the defective item, or you can opt for an exchange, where we will replace it with another garment of your choice, subject to availability.āØ

- Contact us within 14 days of receiving the faulty product to initiate the return process.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, will be required.
Once we receive the returned item and verify the fault, we will process your chosen resolutionāeither issuing a refund or arranging an exchange. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase.
