Shipping

Our chosen shipping carrier is New Zealand Post. We currently ship throughout New Zealand, and to Australia and the United States. If you live elsewhere and would like to order something from us,  don't hesitate to contact us to find a solution.

Standard Shipping Delivery Times:

- New Zealand: Up to three working days 

- Australia: 6-12 working days

- United States: 6-14 working days

Please keep in mind that these are New Zealand Post's advised timeframes. It is unfortunately beyond our control if your package does not arrive within the estimated period.

Once your order has been completed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change your shipping address.

Returns

There are no returns or refunds on all garments with regards to sizing or fitting. We are not liable for sizing issues that arise as a result of customer measurement errors. Please ensure extra care is taken when determining your size by checking our size guide, and how to measure guide. For any fit or style assistance, feel free to contact us here.

In the unlikely case, you receive a faulty product, a full refund, exchange, or alteration will be offered. Before approving a request, the customer must provide photos showing the defect. Return shipment will be provided at no cost. 

 

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges on any non-faulty bikinis due to hygiene concerns. Our swimwear is delicate and should be treated accordingly. All care instructions must be followed in order to extend the life of your bikini. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for defects caused by failure to follow care recommendations.

The colours of our fabric samples are as accurate as our reproduction processes allow. However, please note that colours may vary from what is displayed on your device. It may differ from device to device.

Alterations

Any alterations needed in order to rectify measurement errors can be arranged at an additional cost.​ Please contact us here so we can organise a solution.
